Spektly is licensed, not sold. Your use of Spektly is governed by the End User License Agreement shown in the app before activation. In short:

Your license lets you use Spektly on the number of computers your edition allows.
Do not share license keys, bypass licensing, or use Spektly to break any law or any platform's rules.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for following each platform's terms, including YouTube's Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Platforms can change their services at any time. Spektly is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Spektly's handling of your data is described in the privacy policy.
